Getting Started

To join, simply attend a seminar of your choice. There is no need to pre-register. Just show-up! It’s that easy, so take a look at our schedule of upcoming seminars to see what's up next. The Bruin Leaders Project is open at no cost for participation to all UCLA students, both undergraduates and graduates.

An optional Certificate of Leadership that recognizes your accomplishment is awarded upon completion of the requirements. You need not finish in any particular year or quarter. We will keep track of your progress and you can complete the requirements at your leisure.

Certificate of Leadership

The Bruin Leaders Project Certificate of Leadership is available to all students. The Certificate is presented to the recipient at the end of the academic year at our annual Recognition Reception by the Assistant Vice Chancellor of Student and Campus Life. The Certificate is a notice of your accomplishment and sign of your dedication in becoming a better leader and citizen.

You need not finish the Certificate requirements in any quarter or academic year. You can take as long as you want to complete the requirements. However, be sure to take part in continued and on-going service.

To receive the Certificate of Leadership, the participant must complete at least six seminars and take part in meaningful and dedicated community service.
